As part of its ongoing commitment to the availability and quality of its services, the National Association for the Regulation of Domains and the Internet (ANRDI) is strengthening its assistance system by setting up a nightly telephone on-call.
From now on, the association's teams will maintain a telephone hotline during the night in order to respond more effectively to urgent situations that could affect digital infrastructures, services linked to domain names or the continuity of critical operations.
This development aims to guarantee better responsiveness to incidents likely to occur outside of usual working hours and to offer enhanced support to all those involved.
The opening of this nighttime on-call demonstrates ANRDI's desire to adapt its services to the growing challenges of Internet availability and security, while meeting the needs of its partners and users.
Practical contact details as well as escalation procedures will be communicated shortly to the relevant stakeholders.
ANRDI thanks all of its employees mobilized to ensure this new mission in the service of the stability and resilience of the digital ecosystem.
